They never call you or answer the phone. My case manager ignores me and my chiropractor on what we think will fix my injuries. They just send you to a million doctors to have a million pointless tests done just to increase their pay out. All the while I'm over here suffering. But what I really need never gets done. I would never recommend this law firm. I absolutely regret not going with my original choice of law firm.
I've worked claims for twenty years and I want to thank Amanda Flores at Jim Adler's office for all her hard work in resolving a claim involving her client and our Member. It's not every day that you can work with someone that is caring, friendly and professional! Thank you Amanda!!!

Jim Adler and associates sucks. I wished I would've did my research before going with them. They take majority of your money,they're not good with answering questions you have concerning your case...
So far so good. It's nice to have an attorny with good resources and knowledge.
Do not do business with them. They do not pay. They will try every avenue to not pay you what is agreed upon. I completed a project for them and have been fighting to get paid for months. There 45 day payment terms turn into months and then I'm being shorted 1/3 of my payment.
Attorney Todd W Sivia has been in my familiy's now for over 15 years now helping me with Business legalities, Child Support, Custody and in the last 4 years issues legalities he did NOT have to take as a case BUT ….DID as he believed wholeheartedly in justice, in the Mental Health System and myself as a good parent and advocate of my child. I love the customer service Jim Adler and his staff offered me. They came to me when I was hurt , didn't have to drive out . The representative for my case, always checked up on me. I had a wonderful experience over all :) thanks guys !!
