When I came in , I didn't know what to expect . But when I met my case manager (Darlin Abril) , she explain the process & paper work that I would need to get through my case .At the end she help me settle my case . I have to say that my case manger Luisa is doing great and she calls me to give me updates about my case and sometimes to check on how things are going. I would recommend Jim Adler to my friends

Overall it hasn't been what we expected after we met with them and signed we have had 1 phone call from a case manager that asked some questions and said she no longer will be our case manager because she only deals with broken bones and to expect a call from a new one in which we have not heard from her or the new one yet. I've call Jim Adler himself but had to leave a message and still haven't gotten a call I have no idea what's going on and no one else to call and to think they ask me to write a comment about t... read more
