Took my disability case. It was a complete farse. Case managers are nothing but paper pushers. If I knew then what I know now I would have handeled it myself. Lawyer that went to the hearing with me said nothing all the questions where ask of me by the judge. Even got a call from my case manager saying they where closing my case because she thought everything was completed after I explained to her where we where in the case she said Oh well I guess we will leave it open then. Wish I could give no stars. Had to call numerous times to get a call back. Was lied to from beginning. Did not even get my lost wages paid let alone pain and suffering. Then saw the reduction amounts and it feels like fuzzy math.

My experience with Jim Adler has been very delightful , I had Ceci Trevino as my case manager she was very informative throughout my case . Trevino kept me up to date with everything . She also responded her emails within 24 hours . Case hasn't officially been closed but so far I'm pleased . Houston tx.

Don't go to for social security disability. They do not communicate well. Do not call you back. Represent you poorly. I was an hour early for my case. My representative could not be found untill the last second although vehicle was there as long as mine. judge was ready. Other clients got to spend time before seeing judge to go over things. I did not. I had a difficult time during judge review. I lost my case.

Is there a REAL Jim Adler? I don't know, because I never met or spoke to said person. Was referred to this office by a client at our mutual (hair) salon who noticed my extreme anxiety and obvious posture of pain. Initial call seem to go well; however that was the only well I experienced. Had to send same info more than once. I finally had to go to the nearest ER for help. That apparently worked against me. I had a bad fall through stairs at my apartment. They came to me and were very professional. Mr Nichols my case manager has answered all my questions and concerns. When I do email him he gets back to me with in 24 hours. I like the way there handling everything and they have been nothing but professional and nice. I'm thankful we called them.

Jim Adler passed on my mothers case to another lawyer with no true explanation. My poor mother is now on her second surgery and still needs a 3 rd and she may not able to fully recover to who she was before. They never called her or followed up with her . She would leave messages and would not get a return phone call. This law firm sucks. I will report them to the board though. It's not my first rodeo

Im sorry I have done all the call I have had to call and go in person to doctor's office and emergency room for my bills I call lawyer office and nothing but voice mail and the one time I do talk to a human she says the lawyer is going to call me because he has been working on something. And of course that was 2-3 weeks ago .This crap has been going on for 2 years now. What am I paying them for i have done everything.
