This is the worst and most abusive situation I have ever dealt with in my life. They have failed to represent me, the attorneys had lied, and they will set your case back for two years and never get to it. Know that the worst decision you could make is to hire this group of people

I was rear ended at a stop light the women driver was under the influence. When i talked to her insurance they made me feel like I was the guilty party and gave me the impression that I was being looked down on. I contacted mr. I had an accident on March 22, 2018. I called Jim Adler and Associates the next day and went through the process of presenting my case. Ms. Montserra Costaneda was an awesome caseworker!! She was very pointful on all my questions and concerns I had about my case throughout my time with her.
