I have canceled my service. Not due to effectiveness of service tech or product. They have created a new scheduling service WHERE THEY TELL YOU WHEN THEY WILL ARRIVE. I'm sure it centers around time efficiency to work a specific area. However their problem will no longer be my problem. Please don't use these people for windows unless you don't like your money and you like to be lied to..... I researched this company and read every review online and there was very very few negative reviews. I don't know how they do not have negative reviews. I have a walk-in bathtub that was installed by Improveit. This bathtub is to have a lifetime warranty. My bathtub has a leak and it has been over 6 months and I have not been able to have the leak repaired. The technicians have been out several times. One technician diagnosed the problem as one thing and then a different technician diagnosed the problem as something different. Unable to tell of their quality of work because they never showed up to do the job. Custom service was terrible. Never called to cancel the appointment or to say they couldn't do the job.

If you want an attorney who will ignore your calls, neglect to represent your interest and provide bottom of the barrel service, call Jim Adler. It’s law firms like this that gives the entire industry such a negative image. I 100% recommend contacting any other law firm for your legal needs

Bill Adler has done a wonderful job! He is very caring and wouldn't take less than what I asked for he has kept in contact with me threw out the process. Bill returned my calls within minutes of me leaving a message. Highly recommended!
