Ramona Flores. She made the whole experience a personal one. She would return my phone calls more often than not. In spite of some family problems which required her to be away from her desk for a while, she still made time to talk with me. Jim Adler has caused me so much stress. They came to me to get me to sign the contract. They encouraged me not to take a settlement. Then they offered me a settlement that did not even cover my medical bills. or the cost of the repairs for my car. They said they would get me the remaining money on my car . refused to pay even when I have a police report that states the wreck was not my fault. l not only lost my car but also my job and my home. Working with Jim Adler Associates has been a great pleasure. I hired then 2 years ago when I had my car accident. The guy that hit me was a drunk driver who tried to flee the scene. Well after all the doctors' the medicine. The insurance company wanted to settle for a small amount; of course I told my lawyer which was Andy Wilbur that I wanted more money for pain and suffering.
