It is truly unbelievable the type of personnel that VRMC Brownsville hires!! Having an incompetent staff and not having the adequate staffing is already bad enough, but keeping people who have committed a crime has left my family n I speechless!! Litdsy Cortes is an ER nurse that even has a smugshot on Brownsville's PD with a class A assault misdemeanor!! Doesn't the ER administration have access to this? My brother went there after he broke his foot off his leg and they would not help him at all now his foot is infected and pin fell out and he has to get it all over again
I wasn't happy with my service at all they made me n my husband feel like crap there was only 2 lady's that were the best Clara n gema other than that everyone else made me feel worse I was over at the women's pavilion
Had an older male nurse be extremely rude to me once when I was there for my husband's seizures when I asked him for directions.. and When I gave birth, I was getting disturbed every 15 minutes or so by some random staff person going in there and asking me random questions and was unable to rest. Other than that.. It's not that bad.
My family and I are very thankful for the top class service we have received today. My father is lucky to have such wonderful caring people watching over him today. Dr. Jaime Gomez you rock! God bless you and the staff at Valley Regional Medical Center. Love, love that we have classy professionals working in Brownsville!
Loved the service, brought my daughter to get an MRI and X-Ray and everyone was very polite. We didn’t have to wait long to be called in.
Worst ER SERVICE. I had to step out with my 17 month old because they left us in a room and never came to check him, even though the ER WAS EMPTY. The nurse was just sitting on the computer and wasn’t even bothered by the way my son was crying. When I went to tell them to open the door because I was leaving they didn’t even bothered to ask me why I was leaving. Obviously they already knew!
