Waited way to long for an outpatient x Ray. Have to wait an hour before anyone registers you then another long wait for radiology. Would not recommend. There are others that are a lot faster.
Before you decide to have surgery anywhere else in the Valley, you need to be sure to look at the exceptional care provided at Valley Regional. Bringing quality and patient safety to Brownsville!

I want to thank the staff of valley regional for the great service. I came in Friday evening at 1030pm through the ER with pain in my upper abdomen. From the time I checked in to right now that I’m getting discharged, I am very pleased with the nurses and CNAs. I want to especially thank June, Stephanie, Ty and Nieve for the outstanding service. I want to say a big Thank You to all the Dr’s and staff at Valley Regional Medical Center for all your help and support. Especially RN Jesse who was always very friendly and respectful. Thank you very much for caring for my father-in-law Jose Garcia who is still hospitalized and hopefully will go home soon. I’m very thankful for all the great, friendly staff. Y’all are amazing ! On the second floor we had attempted to ask for the nurse in which couldn’t attend to us at the moment so i went to the nurses station. Jessica the “team leader/charge” was sitting at the station when I mentioned to her of the issue that was going on in the room and halfway that I was speaking to her she turned her head away and started talking to another worker. Very rude and not professional at all. The CNA helped me instead.
si lo recomiendo...solo hoy no ..lleve a mi hija con un dolor muy fuerte llegamos a Las 12:13am y nos fuimos alas 3:00 am porque nunca la atendieron ..entraron como 5 pacientes despues de ella y pasaron a todos y mi hija aun esperando...nunca me habia pasado eso ahi..siempre era rapida la atencion hoy lamentablemente NO🤨 7-1-2019
