Communication is horrible within the staff. We had an 8:00 surgery scheduled and it kept being delayed. At 2:00 in the afternoon we were told that it had been rescheduled but the message had not been received until then. We are from out of town, missing work and school for a surgery that didn't happen. Very unprofessional.

Worst service ever. Especially for someone that's in the l & d. I could write a story of the horrible service I've been getting here for the past 3-4hrs. Not to mention I've called a nurse twice and both times I've been ignored.

Id rather die before going to this hospital ! no compassion for patients or their visitors !!! last night was a horrible experience in the E R !

Terrible place I went in with severe abdominal pain and the doctor shrugged his arms and left not doing anything until I begged him for some labs and then he still refused to do a sonogram. Spent almost 6 hours there. Hope they like the law suit they’ll be getting for malpractice.
