Worse ER staff, nurses and Doctors!
Cousin was sent home with internal bleeding because they couldn’t determine where it’s coming from. They came into her room asked her some questions about insurance (she doesn’t have ) and that’s when a few minutes later the discharged her. This is wrong on so many levels to tell someone that their life is not worth anything since she can’t afford insurance.
Literally feel like our family member is in such good hands. Rn in PCU ,Bobby King has helped reassure our family with his knowledge and has shown so much compassion that the days here go by a little easier.
My dear friend has been there for 5 days with a fractured shoulder. She needs surgical repair and is still waiting after all this time. Excuses won't fix her!
