My Dad passed way from COVID-19 on July 15 2020 and they haven’t given us his personal belongings and evertime we call they give us a attitude or hang up the phone on us all we wants is he personal belongings that all 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ they are So unprofessional

i want to give Kuddos to the Covid staff because i was given the Ultimate attention yesterday upon my arrival.They brought me water when i requested.They were quick with reading me and prompt taking me out very courteous and saying goodbyes. love VRMC.

I brought my Dad into the emergency room today. We both were so impressed with the care the staff gave him. From the precautions taken for the virus, providing masks and hand sanitizer. Our wait was not very long and the nurse was exceptional!! They took really good care of my dad 5 years ago when he had a stroke. They are taking care of him right now. Thank you to Pamela, Mayra and Rusty for always being so nice to us when we call all day asking how my dad is. Thank you for what you do every day. You guys have my respect.
