Everything about this appointment was terrible. I had a 10:30 appointment for a CT scan of my chest and was told to arrive at 10:00 to check in. I arrived before 10:00 to check in. The receptionist said I was going to have a scan of my sinuses. I told her no. We got that straightened out. By 11:10 I was still waiting. They took everyone in the waiting room before me even people who arrived after me. Finally I asked how much longer it was going to take.
