They were very helpful and pleasant. The gentleman at sign in helped me because I had cataract surgery yesterday and could no read the questions. The tech who took care of me. (Penelope ?). Was very kind and thoughtful.

One hour wait for x-ray, I prefer to make an appointment. Why do you have to keep my drivers license and insurance card paper clipped to my intake information. Too many opportunities to get lost. I asked for my cards to be returned and was told they had to remain with my paperwork. Why!
