The technician for my MRI, Mimi, was amazing! There was a problem, though with insurance verification and the clerk at check in told me I’d have to reschedule. It seems the problem is with their third party administrator, Evercore. The TPA was trying to get authorization from my insurance, however, my plan does not require authorization for this procedure, which Evercore should have figured out. Excelent ,fast and friendly service
They are friendly and still very professional. Great about telling the patient what’s going to happen through each part of the procedure.
Very efficient operation. Total 50 minutes from checkin thru procedure completion.
