Had to wait over an hour past my appt time. They had lost my order. Paula in the CT dept was wonderful!
I go to this location for all my radiological needs. I have always had good experiences. The people that work there are very helpful and nice.
The front staff works extremely slow at processing the paperwork. After piling it up, the x-ray technicians sort through them and choose rather than calling patients according to the order in which they came in and registered. Waited there an hr before my 4 yr old was called. Once inside, the technician kept on asking why she was referred and telling me how difficult it was to work with children. So I figured that’s why other patients who came way after us were seen ahead of us, when this place takes no appointments.
Very accommodating. Front desk person on Saturday fantastic! Never got her name.
Very good To take a apointment on phone was not good experience.I called several to take a apolntment but i could not succeed. Finally without apolntment I went to 125ciro Avenue . There i got a apointment & same day 10/31/2019 require treatment got done . Thank you for the staff.
Friendly and professional. I didn’t wait long at all. I had an appt and was taken in after 5 minutes
The regular greeter up front was on break. The older woman with glasses was rude and unprofessional. Then after having many films done there they said I had to pay upfront. We send patients there everyday. I was very dissappointed
Always so professional and amazingly accommodating. Have been going to them for more than 20 years and have yet to have a complaint.
