I had hard time to make appointment for two tests mammogram and MRI . Three time or more I called to schedule the appointments. my doctor ordered the tests and fax the center three time . Yet the center staff said no order received. Finally, I received the hard copy of my doctor ‘s order, the image center let me sent the the photos of the order. I had to call again after sending the order, this time, the staff transferred me to another person, I only got her voice message. I had to leave a message ask her call me back. I kne... read more
I went in for a MRA and the staff was quick and attentive. My technician was very nice. He explained exactly what was going to happen and answered all my questions. I was in and out within 35 minutes.
A lot of exiety for me having the 1st time Pelvis ultrasound. How professional, nice , polite she is! Finally it is done. Thank you for all Staff .
