I went there today for a bone density test. Everyone was very prompt, kind and helpful. Instructions were clear. The facility was clean and neat. Had my test done in 15 minutes changed my clothes in The dressing room. In and out of the facility in 30 minutes tops.
Everyone was extremely nice and so efficient!
Scheduling was quick, check-in staff are efficient and friendly, and the techs are great! I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way, and knew my comfort and safety were of the utmost importance.
Even though my appointment was changed due to Doctors notes l had a excellent experience. Both young men who served me were very kind and helpful. My actual tech was not only friendly and put me at ease he was very knowledgeable and explained what was going to happen in the process. I will very definitely recommend your facility to my family and friends.
