I'm pretty sure Valley Childrens has a new protocol in effect for children with autism and SPD. We had the most awesome ER experience of our lives yesterday. I gave the front desk my "pass code" so to speak that the dr told us to say and it was like everyone just knew Mikey has special needs.Im not sure if I should go into detail because I don't want others to feel jealous lol but seriously THANK YOU SO MUCH Valley Childers and the Dr and nurses (awesome nurse Amy) who made Mikey's afternoon smooth and made us both feel unde... read more

They took care of my grandson there for all his appointments for yrs so caring and respectful drs and nurses and all the staff and volunteeres their endless dedication to all of us thank you so very much!! Now my great nephew is going there I know he's in good hands!!!

My 2 month old son had surgery last Wednesday at valley children’s. The surgeon, anesthesia, and all the nurses were amazing to us! The nurses actually let us sleep the night after surgery since we had been up for 2 days. Thank you to all the nurses! Surgeons and everyone else who works there � I appreciate everything you guys did for us during our stay �

My Daughter Savannah had blurry vision and complaining of headache on Thursday my wife took her to the ER and they sent us to Valley Children's because the Visalia ER didn't have the equipment to properly check her. Valley Children's Hospital sent her home with a prescription and refused to do anything else for her. Now mom is rushing her back because she informed us today that she is completely blind in that eye. #valleychildrenshospital I'm disappointed. Please pray for her guys... Thanks

I thought this was a great place until yesterday. It took me 4 phone calls to finally get an appointment for a ENT specialist. First time I called they said it was my fault for not being able to get an appointment. Hello I work at a call center who helps in donating money here and I have to go according to available time off and PTO. Second off they told me to call next week and then the next and so on, I finally could schedule an appointment I was happy because that day was free in my works busy schedule. I just want to say thank you to the Nicu staff that took care if my baby Faith and a special huge thank you to Dr melandee brown. She placed a shunt in my baby girls head she was 4 lbs when she placed the reservoir before the shunt. She is a God send and very gifted in her field and sweet as pie .I appreciate the valley having such great doctors for our children
