I have many issues with the care my son recieved at the ER and lodged a formal complaint to a patient rep this morning against the rude doctor. That aside the ER dept is NASTY dirty. Snotty tissues all over the chairs and floor of the waiting room, when my son had to give a UA, the toilet had pee all over the seat and trash on the floor. Then as we were being roomed the hallways again had dirty tissues and used face masks on the floor. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful place so near us. My son has spent many months there over the years and was taken very good care of.
Valley children's hospital is a great hospital. I had 7 sugaries 20 to 25 years ago. The doctors and nurses were the best. For my last surgery I had to stay there for 7 days. They treated me very well.
They really are the best. My son has been a regular patient for the past 11yrs and we love the drs and the other staff�
I just wanted to praise the Cystic Fibrosis clinic at Valley! I called in yesterday concerning my 15 month old with CF. They got me an appointment for the next day (today). I came in, waited maybe 15 minutes, saw everyone on her team! They went the extra mile. We also had a precautionary XRay done. I just got a call less than 3 hours after we left with the results! Thank you Valley and Dr. Sudhaker and Nurse Sue ���
We where a 14 year frequent flyer at Valley Childrens Hospital and the CF team. They are the closes thing to family as anyone could be during and after our long visit. Thank you all for your dedication to the care of my child and all those others you help. God Bless
Night time at Childrens. Ugh Had a few visits that weren't good. Right now is one of those visits. Something needs to change.
