The Emergency Room was TERRIBLE! They put my infant son’s IV in wrong and took three blood test that they left out to go bad. They ended up having to redo the IV and retake the three blood tests AND we had to stay an extra day in the hospital to get the results back from those tests. We have made reports and been in contact with Valley Children’s and they will NOT correct our bill. I refuse to pay for blood tests twice, especially when hospital staff messed up the first one. Just had another great interaction with the Neurology Dept. at Valley Children's. Thank you for your kind and quick response to an urgent RX issue. We love Valley Children's.
Wanna give a huge Thank You to my co workers making sure her air way was good when we got there, making sure she felt comfortable and explain to her what they were doing to her. As soon as I saw a smile on her face I knew the ER Department staff did there job! Excellent care and Best customer service from beginning to end! ���
My sweet little girl, G, is just a few months old, but has been seen by two different doctors here. Valley Children's is top notch! I am so happy that I have peace of mind that G is reviving the best care! It may be a 2 hour drive, but so totally worth is for my princess!
I was admitted to Valley Children’s Hospital on July 11, 2003 from a terrible car accident. I consider Children’s Hospital one of my homes. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury, but they worked with me so much that sometimes I forget I have a TBI and I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me become the best me I can be. I’m learning new ways to cope with my disabilities everyday. (If I could give you guys a million stars, I would)
