These people apparently have never lost a loved one, seeing how horribly they treated my family on one of the hardest days of their lives. Go somewhere else. Dont let them beat you out of your money.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. It was an embarrassment to have a funeral service held at this place. Not to mention how ran down the place was with much needed maintenance on the building and out front is way over due for lawn maintenance as well.

Allowed us to believe that we were getting full service for a good price when in reality they they scammed us. Overcharged the family for the simplest, immediate service. Additional to this, the employees rushed us out of both the funeral home and the gravesite. Terrible.
I recently attended a funeral here, & frankly I was shocked & outraged by the way family & friends grieving the deep loss of their loved one were so (RUDELY) treated by this establishment! They practically ran everyone out the doors, no time for restroom breaks, telling everyone to speed it up ect. etc. Honestly i do not know how these people SLEEP at night!!!! These people truly ripped my family off. Despite my great-uncle pre-paying for the service, burial etc., they price gouged the family even more. Then they showed extreme disrespect by rushing the family out before they were even finished. After all that, they decided to mail them another bill. Don't let it happen to you. Find a respectable place that will treat your family and the deceased with >Dignity< instead of letting you >Ridout< mourning your friend/loved one AND feeling angry/disrespected.

This place is absolutely horrible. Hands down the worst service I have ever attended. The staff is rude, rushed everyone out at the service and again at the grave site. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I do want to say a special "Thank You" to Terrell Morgan, the funeral director at Valhalla Funeral Home. He made the most difficult time for us a pleasant experience. His dedication to his profession and his total respect for the deceased , but for the family as well. He had a calling to be in his position and he was absolutely professional. Our thanks to Terrell and his staff. It was a beautiful day.
