I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I was booked with someone who clearly didn’t know how to do nails properly, even though she claimed she could do the design I asked for. The result was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I asked for. When I brought this up, they refused to give me a refund and instead offered to redo them—but only on their terms, completely disregarding my availability and the fact that I had already taken time after work for the appointment.
