Things in the hotel were given to us broken or run down. The bathroom pipes will squeal loudly if you try to use warm water. Burners on stove are warped. I've been going here for many years and it seems they take less care of you now.
Nothing available web site is not usable lost two "free" ha ha nothing local to use and after buying in to an unusable timeshare........ money pit just pay for vacation its soo much easier and cheeper....
What a joke. These asshole lie just to get people in the door. The moron on Fremont st in Las Vegas told us all we needed was our IDs and "any card with a visa/MasterCard logo and our name" when the driver arrived he refused to pick us up stating we didn't have a major credit card. The manager John is a rude ass and refuses to do anything to compensate us for the loss of time dealing with the liar or the driver that refused to pick us up.
We have been VI owners for over 20 years. The resorts are fabulous. The accommodations have always been clean modern and well cared for, We have always asked for recommending about activities & restaurants They make sure you get everything you need, from baby sitters, to taking our boys to a baseball games. We would never sell our VI ownership;. Our children will use it forever.
We have been staying at Pono Kai since our children were small - on this trip they and their children were with us again. And we loved loved LOVED it!
We love our VI ownership so great to have a place to call home away from home. For all the people who left bad reviews most of them never actually used a property. We have been owners since 2004 and just upgraded our points again because we love our company so much. Yes high priority properties will always go quickly so we plan ahead and are not disappointed. Every stay has been wonderful just got back from the carriage House in Vegas so great. Very secure and close to everything.
love the properties, the staff is fantastic. We also own wyndham and this is a wonderful value!
