We are very pleased to have been adopted by Vacation International. We had a bad experience with previous vacation points company. This past Feb 2016, we went to Torres Mazatlan and had such a good time. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to more great holidays with Vacation International.
scammed me for two years and lied about an upgrade. never explained to me on what mortgage i was paying on and i thought it was all resorts. I don't do phone calls of explanation very well. Its face to face or not all. so when i get a call and call the following day that person is out for the weekend and not back till next week. Wouldn't know what the rooms look like. Have tried for over a year to get into some of the resorts and they are always booked out for 2bd not for families. If you book a year in advance you might get something. Also they never call you back when you leave messages for help. Worst timeshare ever.
Make sure you check after you book your flight that you have seats together. We booked our flight with Karen Wilburn and she doesn't know how to read a planes seating arrangements. We asked for a window and aisle seat together and she booked us sitting on opposite sides of the plane with no aisle seat and no window seat. Everyone except Karen knows that 15A and 15G are not together. I've been with VI for over 30 years and have enjoyed knowing I will find a clean, furnished, hospitable, condo with a view any where I choose to stay. I especially love my Maui sites. It's always so hard to leave.
