My favorite VI property is The Embarcadero in Newport Oregon. The staff is always very accomodating and friendly and quick to take care of anything. The units are comfortable and the view from every unit is unbeatable! Mazatlan was my first, and only so far, international experience and it was beyond delightful. I have yet to visit a property where I have had any uncomfortable experience. All of the staff everywhere have been spectacular!! Thank you, VI, for helping to create some fantastic memories.
we just got back from 2 weeks in Papakea, Maui and the weather was beautiful, the condo was updated, we had tiny bugs!!! I called the VI office in Valley Isle x2, was told the maintenance person would be over to spray and he never showed, this was on a Sunday, I called again on Tuesday and left a message, at 1:30 PM, on their answering machine as now the tiny bugs were everywhere, my husband was killing them but they must multiply ! Sleazy and slimy sales people with unethical business practices. Check out the BBB and Consumer Affairs, you'll find their name several times. They make promises they don't keep and they get rude when you tell them "No" Stay far far away from these crooks.
Finding dates available to take my family on vacation at a Vacation Internationale resort is near impossible.This Timeshare has been one of the biggest wastes of money I have ever made. If you want even a slight chance you best book 11-12 months in advance. Since 2006 I have been able to use it 2 (Cypress point FL, Pono Kai HI) also used exchange 1 with I think it was RCI in (seaside OR)
We have never regretted our ownership one day since purchasing in 1998. Everyone is friendly, helpful, dedicated and just plain wonderful. We have never had a "bad" resort location or experience. Good job, VI. Thank you.
