2018 marks my 30th year with Vacation Internationale. In 1988 I was totally clueless about the value of Timeshare ownership, I will state that without any doubts my Perpetual Prestige level of ownership today has far exceeded the investment I have made over these 30 years as a Timeshare owner and will continue onto the next generations of family owners. Worst company ever just threw our “free trip” in the garbage I have never been so insulted and talked down to in my life!!! Saying we couldn’t afford it and we don’t want to travel that they would just give our “free trip” away. Well go ahead I don’t want your crap! What a joke. We've been using VI for 12 years quite successfully. Visiting some amazing places for low points in bonus time (within 15 days). Now our kids are grown up and don't go with us anymore; so we are ready to give away our contract 72 pt. yearly really cheap. PM if you are interested. It would be much cheaper than buy or upgrade from VI.
I had to sent these clowns a registered letter (with copies to the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Trade Commission) threatening to sue them before they'd stop calling me, sometimes 4-5 times a day.
We have enjoyed every trip to Torres Mazatlán which is VI owned. The staff is superb and the grounds are wonderfully cared for.
We have been a owner for 2yrs. They lied to us everything full have to book a year in advance. Can never get in. The free 3day trip to Vegas is a shit it's really only one full day. A waste of money wish I could get money back. Rather just pay for trip every year.
My boyfriend and I recently went to a showcase at an expo center where we ended up "winning" the door prize that was all expense paid trip to Las Vegas or Disneyland (our choice) and even included the airfare. I was super skeptical and had a feeling that this was a scam but I talked to a lady on the phone who ensured that it wasn't a scam, and asked us to come to a 90 minute presentation to learn more about their company.
