RecommendedVI maintains very high standards for their resorts, and with only one exception (Oceanside, CA) we have NEVER been disappointed with our MANY stays at the various VI properties which we've visited over the several decades we've been owners. As for the sales staff, we've NEVER been pressured into ANYTHING.
Don't be condescending, don't lie to get people there, don't work with shady company that give out the "free vacations", don't give out fake a** gift cards.
We’ve been owners since 1994 and have had some GREAT family vacations! I have found that it’s very hard to book the popular spots. I have enjoyed being owners and I’m not sorry we bought into this time share. We bought points before it was cool to have a timeshare with points ;)
We are prestige members of this timeshare since seven years ago and we love it, it was a smart purchase for us. The only thing that could be changed are the attitudes of the customer service reps when you call in. These people have the worst attitudes ever! Never happy voices, always mono-tone and they sound like you are disturbing their day by calling, how dare us. Other than that, we really enjoy the timeshare.
Not very user friendly and traveling is still expensive. Don’t feel we “save” 💰
Have a buyout/sell option. I want out of the program but it is not an option.
We have been members since 1992. Oh the vacations we’ve had! Such wonderful memories. Every where we’ve visited is like going home. We bought our points into perpetuity. We are getting older and traveling less. Would love to part with 70 to 100 perpetual points if you know anyone who might be interested. PM me. Thanks VI for some amazing memories!!!
