wow from what i am reading here from other customer reviews this company has not changed at all! My partner and i attended their presentation on 12/17/19 at 6pm. That was the most annoying 2hrs of my life, from the loud music to the overly aggressive sales tactics trying to convince me and my partner we could afford something we did not even want. We’ve been members for several years. Frankly, we weren’t impressed to start with and have been more and more disappointed with each passing year. Front desk staff are usually rude or, at best, too busy to bother talking to you. Buildings are dated. And you have to be able to plan vacations at least a year out if you want any chance at securing time at a decent location. If I could give this a 0 star review I would! Here I am in the same scenario as many others. Won a free trip, just had to attend a whole speech from them. Got sucked in. Not once... not a single time did they allow my significant other and I to be alone to discuss it with one another. Instead they sat in and reversed all of our thoughts to each other on it. Then they never told us a single thing about cancelling or how to stop. It’s all about money hungry businesses that they “say they want us all to succeed and live happy”.... read more

Been owners for many years, if I could sell it I would. Costly everytime you use it even just to book.
We have been members for a number of years and we have used VI for multiple stays in Mexico and in Hawaii. Prior to VI our weakness was getting around to planning a vacation. Knowing we had the points and knowing we had to plan in advance has resulted in some wonderful vacations.......OK ...our last Hawaii trip did not end so well but that was a health thing and nothing related to VI
