The holiday was great very easy to book and they always answered phone when I had any questions. Picked up and dropped van off easy, all confirmed no damages. Got emails to confirm this. Sadly trying to get my security deposit back is a different experience. Now nobody answers the phones at all. I have left a message called for days and nothing. It has gone well past the 28 working days since I dropped the van back. Sadly I will now not ever rebook with them.
They tried to rent us a dangerous vehice, we noticed so they swapped it for one that didnt work... no offer of a discout was made, only early return / refund which would have significna timplactions for our trip or get the problems repaired and reocver the costs which we didn't have time to do. 10hour round trip only to find damp Motorhomes and four identical models all suffering from body delaminating total waste of time and money.They need to be honest when describing Motorhomes for sale. Having read the owners reply to my comments it just reinforces everything I wrote.l never made an offer on any Motorhome why would I they are all full of faults .Keep your hard earned money and go to a reputable dealer l did and purchased a beauty glad l walked away

Five -seater caravan was hired for five days. After refueling during the initial journey, a fuel leakage was detected. It was acknowledged that the vehicle was issued with a known defective overflowing valve, but this was not disclosed upon handover. Roadside assistance failed to rectify the issue. The leak caused significant inconvenience, including the necessity to book hotel accommodations and the inability to use the vehicle for cooking.
