They do the best with what they have. The new facility is awesome though. We need a hundred more like it.

No stars. I went there for a post enlisted physical. Was forced to watch a 30 minute video about what the VA provides and did lab work. Never got to get the physical because the clinic could not understand that my only day available was Fridays due to my school schedule. In addition the person working at the desk showed no respect for vets and referred to any and everyone as "hey you." Thank the gods I have Tricare. I may never get any disability but at least I get good care from a non VA doctor.
Staff only care about their cell phones, the building is new and nice, but God forbid they actually help anyone!
The VA, needs doctors, and a reality check, too‼️ My stories alone, are bizarre God, bless and keep the faith

I was informed that 14,000 vets each month are seen at the clinic. Great new building, great lab. Jacksonville and the surrounding areas, have outgrown the clinic and we really need a FULL service hospital here. EVERY VET, NO MATTER HOW YOUNG OR OLD, needs to be treated with dignity and professionalism. Maybe they will put on more people to help them out. For the amount of people using this clinic, everyone there is doing what needs to be done and more. They get 5 stars....
