I really wish Durham va would stop canceling my appointments I get a call a appointment was canceled and to call back to be told it would be 2 months to see my Doctor, I so happened to be on myhealthy vet and saw am other was canceled and called to be told it would be like 2 or 3 months before I can be seen.
Be responsive to communications!
I wish I could post the videos of me calling and trying to schedule an appointment - it's been over a month and I call every few days and now the call system says "mailbox is full" and and "real" person I talk to cannot seem to help

i have been going fo about 10 years also , and find them to be of the best quality. i cannot speak for other than durham, but i have overall enjoyed my visits.
I was hung up on twice because I requested to be taken off speaker phone. Need I say more?
The Durham Veterans Hospital will not return my calls. I have left three messages asking them to please return my calls in reference to a rescheduling of an appointment at the GI Clinic. I have not received a return call yet. I've been trying for two weeks. This is not the first time I have had this problem. Please don't tell me how the Durham Veterans Hospital is great, this experience has opened up my eyes to how they treat their Veterans.
