11/13. Multiple travel payments haven’t been received. Travel says they were processed, but we have to contact Fiscal to see when/if they were sent out by check or direct deposit. Waited on hold for 14-minutes for an operator to connect me with Fiscal. She transferred me to HR instead of Fiscal. HR at least answered their phone. HR transferred me to Fiscal, which went directly to voicemail. Fingers crossed waiting for a response.
RecommendedDurham VAMC doing a great job taking care of Veterans. A busy place. Now have people in red coats to help you navigate the large building. Parking can be crazy so get their early. Keep up the good work.

The doctors and the nurses and most of the staff are top notch. I may have to have back surgery and I couldn’t think of anybody except for Duke that I would trust any better. Job well done VA
