Been using the VA healthcare system for my healthcare since 2002 and between the Oswego Clinic and the Syracuse VA the treatment I've received has been great. I had both my cataract surgeries in the Syracuse VA Even though the second one I could have used veteran choice and had it done locally I stayed with the Syracuse VA because I believe their care is superior to other health care facilities! Thank-you VA for your Great Care!
The va is killing people phonix 800 number has answer machine pick up call 1985 veterans in candagu were sleep in tunnel s from 7 floor Virginia the swept the man through system for 2 yr thn he shot up naval yards plus thur pharmacy around usa have whistle blower of negative effect plus i have a letter from sen gilibran on Syracuse va pharmacy i almost stroke last yr 38 days to get bp mds the letter says gross negligees. THANKS to the Freeville Clinic and the Syracuse VA Hospital. You get me in as soon as you can and you take care of me well. I was in Syracuse this am for a procedure and you guys got me in EARLY and out quickly and efficiently. I am always treated well and with respect from every VA employee from Doctors to Security folks. Thanks for all you do Syracuse and Freeville.

I've experienced some of the worst care here. I can't even believe that your facility can even operate. And I've witnessed some really poor treatment to older veterans that has made my blood boil. Don't get me wrong you have some good providers there. But for the most part you have a lot of cold hearted people that we have to deal with. With complete lack of care or compassion. And there is so much red tape to get care it makes it disheartening to know that the older veterans have to deal with the same thing.
No complaints! I have been retired for just over 1 year. I always receive first class care at the Syracuse VA.
I had cervical vertebrae fusion at the Syracuse VAMC. From admittance to discharge my experience was first-class. These guys know what they are doing!
