Very Excellent Service yesterday! Everyone I interacted with even in the hallways were very nice. My only suggestion is please give the Blood Draw station something better for sign in slips other then a cardboard box that they are presently using it just looks tacky.
The health care is the greatest, the food well that is served to the patient not fit for man or beast.
I have recently been diagnosed with stage IV Bladder Cancer and have started Chemo treatment. Most all visits have been a pleasant experience. All the Staff from Reception to the volunteers have been very pleasant to meet. The Girls in infusion go above and beyond to make you and guest comfortable.Thank You Syracuse VA Medical Center for your service to our Veterans and family members.
