The communication lines were impressive. V3 kept us apprised throughout the process as to what where when we can expect the steps that were being taken.
They were very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions. The whole experience was awesome. I will recommend V3 to all my friends.
Once the installers were schedule install was very quick and clean.It just took almost a year before the install took place.
I was very skeptical after reading some of the reviews. ********* and *** answered my questions and delivered on their answers regarding my concerns of being "ripped off" and if the system would be installed in the promised time. All aspects were completed much sooner than I had anticipated, and the system is producing as expected. It's still very early in the life of the 25-year contract, but V3 is off to a great start.Thanks.
***** and **** did a great job working together and leading the crew to get the job done. They also gave me updates throughout the day as the project was going along. I actually work for V3 as an energy consultant. So to see the install process carried out on my own home was a testament that V3 does things the right way!

This entire process has been easy and smooth. Every step has been professional, courteous, and efficient. The sales reps were great, taking lots of time to make sure we understood the process and how solar would work for us. The installation was quick and the crew were excellent. Super excited by the zero cost! Its a no brainer to go with V3!
