Very happy with the service from the V3 techs. We have had different people here for different projects and sometimes it's very hard to communicate with the workers due to language barriers, but we were very happy to have a crew we could communicatee with and they were very knowledgeable and did a great job.
Too bad you can't give them a negative number of stars.They are harassing me, I do not have any desire for them to come here, they come out and get ****** because they don't want you to cancel an appointment.I DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! Never have, never will.Last one left saying "FU>> YOU" to me. Stay away.
Workers are well informed on products and services offered. Each person who came to our home was personable and professional. ************** by customer service in answering questions and scheduling site visits are incredibly fast. I've been a customer with v3 since 2019 and have recently upgraded my solar system to include more panels and a backup battery. I would highly recommend v3 as a solar service company to anyone who wants a package deal and full service.
