Their goal was to get the panels mounted before the rain. They did it. A return trip was required to do a couple of small tasks that required dry weather. That work was done in a timely manner. When I asked hoe they were going to safely mount he panels on a membrane roof they promptly showed me the sticky pads that would self-seal when anchored in place,. I was satisfied.The secondary crew of two that mounted the inverter also finished before the rain. The job was done in a neat manner.The roof crew left not one piece of pap... read more

Everything about this company is top notch. They go above and beyond in service. Ronnie, who is our sales rep even called me when he was on vacation to check in on the service. He answered any questions that we had. I could call him at any given time. His partner also stop by the house to make sure everything was okay. Now that's service. I would highly recommend them. My initial meeting with Rich the salesperson for V3 Electric, was very informative and helpful with any questions that I had. Then, the guys that installed came on time and went above and beyond my expectations. I asked if they could take a picture of my gutters for me so I can see if they needed cleaning. While they were waiting for some ice to melt on ******* before they started the install one guy cleared out the leaves in my gutters. That made my day! A handful of cracked tiles were also replaced. Even though there were delays because of weather and other issues, it was communicated to me and every effort was made to complete the task as quickly as possible. At each step when I had questions the crew lead would explain in detail and in terms that made sense to me. They ************** up after themselves and asked me to check the area to ensure it met my standards. Shad and **** from V3 cam to my door answered all our questions went above and beyond!! My husband wanted things done that were difficult and not the norm for the company!! From our initial (cold call) discussion through installation everyone we've worked with at V3 has been professional, courteous and incredibly helpful. We have been particularly impressed with how quickly the **************** team responds to questions or provides updates on the status of our installation. We are awaiting scheduling of final inspections and then excited for system startup. Thus far V3 has exceeded our expectations.
