The sales team did a great job initially. Met with many in our neighborhood. However, there was some additional follow-up questions we had a hard time getting answered.I still gave 5 stars because the rest of the process was outstanding - from the communication on each step to the calls along the way and then the installation was extremely professional and efficient. This has been a really great experience and I highly recommend this company to others.

From salesman to installation all was professional, on time with a pleasant and informative installation crew. Having been a general contractor for 35 years my expectations were high and they were met. I am awaiting the final inspections and upstart of the system.
Starting with *********************** the V3 consultant who started it all. Outstanding job in getting ** interested and knocking off other solar companies trying to sell us solar. He is top rated in his job. The crews that installed my solar worked so together as a teams. Very professional, personable, communicated well with me and each other. Luis and his team showed up on time. Luis answered any questions I had during the installation process. Juan made sure that any tiles that were broken, were replaced. Overall, they did a great job with the installation in a timely manner. The whole process from beginning to installation has been great with V3.
From the initial meeting with Rich to the install yesterday - everything has been fantastic!! Far exceeded my expectations. The crew showed up and Cody explained everything that would be happening and asked if I had any questions to start with. The whole crew was respectful and a pleasure to interact with. Then Rich came by to ensure all was going well. When they finished, Cody again showed me everything that was done and explained the next steps with getting the inspection done. I have been very happy so far. The communication is awesome & they left everything clean. Just passed inspection & can't wait to start using it.
All has been great with V3 so far. Communication with installation appointment was good. Installation team was professional and answered any questions. Hoping upcoming inspections from V3,and PG &E goes as well too.
