Unfortunately I was working so I wasnt available to really give a better review. What I will comment on is that the lead installer said they would be done on that day. He was true to his word. They had started around 9 am. The finished up approximately a little after 9 pm. On top of that they were working on the hottest day we have had! Hard working individuals and I think are a worthy asset to your company.

This company sends sales associates down my court almost weekly to solicit. They trespass past closed gates and clearly dont take no for an answer. Follow the soliciting laws cities have adopted like you are supposed to and keep your employees off private property that they clearly arent invited to enter.

The day of installation, they arrieved just on time and finished on time in very proffessional manner.While their technicians were working, the sales representative visited to see us to check how things were doing. From my experience, most of sales reps do not followup after their product or service were sold. As soon as they finish the installation, I received the inspection schedule right after next day. Great company.

WARNING - Be sure to ask V3 about True-Up costs before agreeing to use them. I was told that based on V3's calculations that I would save money each month on power usage. As result, I pay severely more each month with a $3k per year true-up ****. I have asked them for help and they advised me that I need to cut down my 100+ year old trees in order to cut my $3k true-up costs by 25%. I have been trying to purchase a Home that has a Solar System on it. It was revealed very late in the Transaction that there was a second "HIDDEN" or Undocumented or Unrecorded Lease on part of the Solar System. I have tried working with the Seller and have found out that V3 will not let the Seller Purchase or Buyout the Lease under Section 12-b of the Solar Lease Contract.
