I contacted the same rep my daughter used, ****, because she had a great experience with him and V3, and I wasnt disappointed. After I supplied the initial info needed for the quote, it came back a little higher than expected. At which time I realized the previous months used to calculate my usage were when I was trying to sell my home of 8 years (more lights, ac etc.) and not an accurate representation of my standard usage. Worst company ever. They came to us telling us it would cost nothing for power so MY WIFE let them in to give us a cost estimate. Well, it turned out that we can't get free power, and thats OK, but they could install a system that we would own after 25 years. Now to do this they would need to put on a new roof, its an aluminum roof that can't support solar, and yes I new this so that was OK also. I am not a customer based on this company obnoxious door to door sale campaigns i will never will be.i had a 3 diffent sales pair at my door 3days in row i clearly politely told i was not interested it what they where offering and still took 10 for them to leave the 3rd time i accutally had to ask them to leave.

The team arrived on time, explained everything they were doing, made sure I had alternate power to run my computer while the main system had to be off; cleaned up every single scrap of garbage, etc.; told me when they would be back the next day, finished in a shorter period of time than expected and told me what the next steps would be. Also, phone follow-up re: inspection and payments has been fantastic.

The crew arrived on time (8:01am) and was ready to get started. As the team leader introduced himself and explained the procedure for the day, the team got right to work on the installation process. To completely install 21 panels on our roof, plus the invertor and all the electrical work for our system in one work day was just amazing! Way to Go, V-3!!
