Speedy, knowledgeable and great customer service . Kept everything clean and were very professional.
Install techs do great work that looks professionally done. Always arrived on time and were never late. If you try to give them cold bottled water to drink they just leave most of it without finishing it, really sad when a customer is trying to be generous. All of the people I have dealt with have been extremely helpful, responsive and professional. That includes the salesman, office staff and all the guys who came to the house. I'm very happy with everything so far. I appreciate the communication on next steps. The process is prolonged but I realize that the county and PGE have something to do with that also.
Installation of the batteries and associated equipment was excellent. Getting to that point seemed endless and uncoordinated, taking months instead of weeks. The installation itself was done yesterday and is yet to be finalized and approved by utility and city. Once the Tesla operating system software has been installed it will be possible to evaluate it's actual performance. If this battery backup to my solar system works as well as it looks I will be delighted
I was extremely happy with the service we received. They were on-time (in-fact they showed up early) kept me posted on their progress and were very professional. The install was done well, they informed me when they were finished. The office staff was easy to work with and kept me up to speed throughout the entire process. Quickly responded to all inquiries. I would definitly recommend their services.
This company is complete disorganized and has zero clue how to schedule. Installation day they had a whole crew sitting in front of our house joking that they just had to show up so they didnt hav to go to another job even though the panels for our job werent even ready. It took months and 6+ visits for them to get our system finalized and running with the city/PGE. They stood up the city inspector multiple times. This company does NOT provide reasonable service. They installed a ************* system, and everything was fine. A month later, I purchased additional batteries to be installed. It was connected incorrectly. I have called several times to get this corrected, but no one will come out and fix it. I am at the point where I want my money refunded. I am beginning to hate thet i ever did business with this company.
Both crews were on time and work was completed on time.
Excellent service! Very friendly people! Installed the two Tesla batteries in two days.
