Great company to work for. Been here for 3 and a half years. Really pushed me out of my comfort zone and expanded my thinking. Great company to start or continue your self development journey.
We found both the salesman and the installers were very friendly, helpful and prompt. In fact, the salesman hiked through 18" of snow to get to our house for the appointment and since we live in ********** and it was an unexpected snowstorm, we were very impressed. The installers were also right on time, finished up in one day when they had scheduled for two.
The communication lines were impressive. V3 kept us apprised throughout the process as to what where when we can expect the steps that were being taken.
They were very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions. The whole experience was awesome. I will recommend V3 to all my friends.
Once the installers were schedule install was very quick and clean.It just took almost a year before the install took place.
I was very skeptical after reading some of the reviews. ********* and *** answered my questions and delivered on their answers regarding my concerns of being "ripped off" and if the system would be installed in the promised time. All aspects were completed much sooner than I had anticipated, and the system is producing as expected. It's still very early in the life of the 25-year contract, but V3 is off to a great start.Thanks.
***** and **** did a great job working together and leading the crew to get the job done. They also gave me updates throughout the day as the project was going along. I actually work for V3 as an energy consultant. So to see the install process carried out on my own home was a testament that V3 does things the right way!
