Extremely pleased with the process from introduction and assessment to logistical coordination to installation and post installation support. The one part of the process that took much longer than needed was coordinating PG&E to get out to do their part of the process, everything I have come to expect from PG&E. V3 has been consistently available for questions and has been back out to perform physical updates to the system and perform regular remote testing/system monitoring.The cost savings over PG&E has been amazing, going... read more
Excellent service. Excellent response to customer service issues. Yes, we did find two roof leaks, which they came out and fixed promptly! The solar system is working flawlessly (for two years now). We purchased the system outright and they still provided excellent service even after there was no financial incentive to do so.
Great communication during the entire process. ***************** was very professional and there is a noticeable difference between the quality of our installation and that of neighbors who used other companies. Follow up with system questions has also been first rate. This is definitely not a make the sale and move on Company like many of the big names selling solar. We are very happy with the system and the follow-up.

We had nothing but positive interactions with V3. All very professional. All information was accurate.
We got the solar panels and batteries 3 years ago and it has made our life so much less stressful! Being on on well in a fire prone area, we are able to travel and not worry about loosing any food in the freezer or refrigerator. Besides breaking even with PG&E we are still planning to purchase the panels in the future. V3 gave us very good service during the install...just sad that the sales person who we dealt with is no longer with V3.

I had my system installed 4 years ago and it has functioned as predicted and my true up at each end of year cycle has been relatively small. I recommend highly based on my experience.
