Poor customer service. Put panels on a roof that needed replacing. Tried to charge $4999 to remove and reinstall, finally agreed not to charge. Now taking over 6 weeks to reinstall panels. Meanwhile, were paying lease on the panels, paying Pg&E and are losing solar credits. They just want the contracts. Poor business practices. The service representatives are trying hard to fix the problem but it is obvious that the company only cares about getting the contracts.

Great company If you pay too high of an electric bill, why not go solar?For the ones who do get doubled bill from the solar company and your previous utility company its because you dont have a backup battery or youre just using over the limit of solar power which makes you go back to pulling power from the grid
