Our family experienced the best customer service from V3. Heard of V3 for the first time when someone came to our house to tell us how we could get smarter with our energy consumption without sacrificing anything. Turns out we could decrease our electric bill by half! From approx $480/month to less than $300 flat rate for the next 30 years! Harassed my wife today. Sales rep *** would not respect her asking him multiple times not to leave and kept pushing his product, asking about our credit score and wanting to see a pge bill. Made my wife very uncomfortable. He is lucky I was not home.
I was harassed at my home today by a smooth talking V3 sales rep who pretended to be associated with PG&E. V3 is not associated with PG&E in any way. One star for dishonest sales tactics. I urge anyone considering this company to do research on their business model so that you understand what youre agreeing to before you sign a contract.
We have had nothing but a positive experience with V3. Would happily recommend them to anyone searching for solar service.
