Lovely gym. Shocking customer service. I was in Manchester for work for 2 weeks which I explained. I asked for a short term membership but was told they only do direct debit and I would need to take a month membership out. They said to inform them after my last visit and they could cancel it. I have now emailed and they have said I needed to give 30 days notice so a further month subscription will be taken from my account. Awful service and disingenuous.

This Gym has everything you need in terms of equipment and flexible hours, but the most important thing that made me choose to be a member is my PT (Lis). I have used other PT's services in the past, but I have never met someone like Lis before. She is an incredible motivator, she loves her job and, at the same time, she deeply cares about her Customers. never thought i'd be someone who goes to a 7:30am workout class but Marcus is incredible! so encouraging and amazing energy. I always leave feeling like a million dollars :)

Small and Welcoming gym in the city center. When I come to train it is not Very Full, Convenient for those who want Peace During Training, The Staff is Friendly. They Help if you need it. My PT is called Chris I learned a lot with him, I Really Like his lessons. I also attended some Classes and the Teachers are Good during the lessons also it is a Very Clean Gym.
