I've recently joined this gym, having moved from a much larger one around the corner. I'm so glad that I did, as the equipment is more modern, cleaner & better maintained. The mood lighting, music, absence of adverts being played over the PA, welcome of the staff, and overall ambience is closer to a boutique hotel than a high street gym. Straight after work, in the early evening, I've found there's no queue for the equipment which is really refreshing, having trained at other gyms in the past. I have to say the changes under the new management so far have been great. For a while, the place has felt a bit stagnant, like it had lost its energy, but recently there’s been a real shift. The gym feels noticeably cleaner and more well-maintained. There’s more space now, which makes workouts feel less cramped and far more comfortable. Incredible space. Andy is THE best trainer I have ever worked with. He truly cares and my body has never looked more toned & I’ve never felt this good. 10/10!!!
