V1BE has completely changed my outlook on the gym; I went from hardly ever going to the gym to going 4 to 5 times a week, and that’s because of the great atmosphere and lovely V1BE team. The classes are engaging and motivating, and the class instructors bring great energy to every session. The staff genuinely care about you as a person not just a member. very well maintained gym with plenty of kit that you won’t see at another gym. Initially I thought the gym was a bit small, but I actually find myself having more space to workout even compared to bigger gyms due to the good spacing of the equipment and no overcrowding of the gym floor. would love to try what the classes have to offer, the staff there seems very friendly and professional.

I visited Lifestyle Fitness - V1BE today and was genuinely blown away by how welcoming and kind the atmosphere was. Paired with it’s modern interior and top-of-the-line equipment, it’s clear that a lot of care and passion has gone into creating such a premium space. Huge thank you to the team for being so informative and supportive of my own fitness & health related endeavours. Definitely one to check out!
