Just read a review from a year ago and clearly they don't care about there reviews I don't expect to be shouted at about not having my hands relaxed enough in a salon full of people,clearly because I was more tense after been shouted at she gave up and I've spent all day picking nail varnish off my fingers.If your a nervous person or have anxiety avoid this place.

I had my nails done yesterday and the woman who owns it with her husband was so rude towards me. Snapped at me with a raised voice to put my hand in the dryer. Then told me off loudly again for moving my hand (which didn’t affect the nails). Just so rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. The salon itself is disgusting. So grubby and dirty everywhere. After seeing all the poor reviews specifically about their poor customer service skills you’d have thought they’d have tackled the problem by now.

Came here today and had my nails done for the first time ever!! Staff are really lovely and I felt super comfortable. I showed them a design i wanted and they did it with no problems and the results are stunning, I love my nails so much. Thank you!!

Horrible service Racist staff They made me wait for 15 minutes only for someone to come in without an appointment to be severed immediately I left the salon the second that happened
