Pathetic service Very very poor quality Anything can happen with furniture
Purchased 2 velvet storage beds and mattresses, there was a mix up with one of the mattresses, they replaced it next day. I had beds for almost a year now, very happy with both, plenty of storage and very sturdy frame. Frame is metal, two metal bars in the middle to support the weight, with wooden slats, slats must have fixed in place before welding the frame together.
