Very very disappointed. My usual nail technician was sick and I was about to go on holiday so desperately needed to find somewhere to do my nails. Contacted USA nails and asked for a French with chrome. I have weak nails and so my usual technician builds them up with builder gel. Told all this to the chap so he knew and he agreed to do them.
