I hate to give a bad opinion about places but this time I have to. I really enjoyed the service I received from this nail salon. As a regular customer I liked how my nails were done. After my recent visit I've noticed that one of my nails started to hurt me. When I looked at it, I've realised it changed the colour. After taking off the gel my nails were green underneath. It was so shit I got my nails done and the French tip is uneaten on either sides of the nail the side view is worse as its bumpy and not even and really thick

I’ve patronised them twice now, the first time I didn’t really like my nails but they are the second time. Love the nails so much and I’m definitely going back.

The went for full shellac nails with extensions which costed me 35£. Firstly the colour I asked that was not applied and the whole time she was busy over video call. Later when I asked she said it is the same colour it looks different after double coat. How light pink colour can look red after double coat. Also she forced me to go for square shape when I asked for oval. As soon as it finished there was another customer complaining the same over call so I didn’t ask that time.
