I want justice. I was aggressive assaulted and hospitalized at This hospital in Rota Spain in 2021. It took until 2024 to begin an official investigation. It's 2026 and I cannot even receive the official report. Under MCSFR Co Bravo 2021
I had a great experience last month with ophthalmologist Commander McDonalds and staff Hm3 Frison and Hm2 Vazquez. Everything went so smooth on my visit. Commander McDonalds was very caring, professional, attentive and with a lot of empathy. She ordered an item for me but when I went to my next appointment, she wasn’t there, it was another commander that out of respect would not say her name. By far the worst Optometrist experience. Those people look like they hate where they work and take it out on civilians who just need a simple eye check. Went there first and then to an off base office and wow the difference in the actual service!! They corrected prescription for my glasses as well and told me that female doctor was way off. Be better.
